Refund & Return Policy

At Racine Pharma, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are governed by strict quality and regulatory guidelines.

1. No Return on Opened Products

  • Pharmaceutical products once sold and opened cannot be returned or refunded
  • This is to ensure patient safety and product integrity

2. Eligible Conditions for Return / Refund

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product expired at the time of delivery
  • Verified manufacturing defect

3. Reporting Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests after this may not be accepted.

4. Verification Process

  • Product images
  • Batch number details
  • Invoice copy
  • QR code verification (if applicable)

5. Refund / Replacement Process

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Credit note / refund (as applicable)
Processing time: 7–10 working days

6. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Improper storage conditions at customer end
  • Product used partially or fully
  • Delay in reporting beyond the defined timeline
